[Remote] Analyst - Clinical Transformation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascension is a leading non-profit, faith-based national health system, and they are seeking an Analyst within their Clinical Transformation team. This role involves supporting initiatives aimed at improving patient care through data processing, analytics, and reporting within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Support nudge program data requirements and quality assurance, using criteria provided by clinical teams
- Build and monitor data processing pipelines, working closely with data engineering and other technical teams to manage the data infrastructure needed to evaluate and scale programs
- Perform analytics around nudge programs, including implementation, quality, and outcomes reporting
- Build reporting dashboards that deliver on clinical and business stakeholder requirements, including documentation of data elements and metrics
- Support ad hoc analytic requests and communicate findings to stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and guidance
Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Competent SQL skills are required (Please note, the interview process will include a SQL assessment.)
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Experience working with EHR, medical billing and coding, claims, and/or other healthcare data
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Looker, and/or Salesforce
