Job Summary

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality service to our clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
