As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, managing cost and price changes, and ensuring seamless communication between merchants, stores, and our internal teams. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding complex promotional price changes and their impact on our systems
  • Reviewing and entering stores-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with our AP team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, identifying areas for improvement
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and creation, providing exceptional support to our internal teams
  • Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and manipulation
  • A strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, a proactive and self-motivated mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
