Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.

Documentation:

Accurately documenting customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the arenaflex CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
