Planner, Customer Supply Chain

The Customer Supply Chain Planner is responsible for optimizing the supply chain by acting as the voice of the customer and linking Sales and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for Sales and Distributors to manage the overall order to cash process which includes day-to-day operations and order questions
  • Proactively work cross-functionally internally and externally to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, provide recommendations on orders, and manage all aspects of order discrepancies
  • Proactively develop and strengthen distributor relationships
  • Partner with sales to support strategic initiatives across the customer base to promote depletions and deliver growth
