Outside Sales Representative

Interior Marketing Group is the largest luxury real estate design and marketing firm in the United States. They are seeking a competitive outside sales representative to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients for their luxury staging and furniture rental businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business contacts to generate new revenue streams
  • Ability to identify and articulate client pain points and how we can specifically help
  • Creating and executing a sales plan to meet new business objectives
  • Use HubSpot CRM tool to work with prospects, update valuable client site details, etc
  • Make cold calls and network effectively
  • Prepare and perform sales presentations based on client needs
  • Forecast sales, develop 'out of the box' sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Research potential new businesses to go after and generate/follow-up sales leads
  • Identify possible sales events and training that can help achieve sales goals
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics
  • Coordinate with the team in organizing and providing all necessary information

Skills

  • Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university, or related experience
