Compliance and Risk Management Business Analyst

Crew helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and business process improvement. The Compliance and Risk Management Business Analyst will support documentation, requirements gathering, and testing activities for a key Risk Management initiative while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation, coordination, requirements gathering, analysis, and testing activities for a key Risk Management initiative
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to identify and assess business risks, while contributing to the enhancement of existing control frameworks
  • Conduct hands-on controls testing and assist in validating Business-as-Usual (BAU) risk management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance objectives and testing outcomes are clearly communicated and tracked

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions with a track record of supporting regulatory adherence and clearly documenting observations and recommended actions
  • Practical testing experience, ideally within a risk management or control assurance environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across business and technical teams
