HUB International is a leading insurance brokerage firm, and they are seeking an Internal Wholesaler to drive business development within a multi-carrier distribution channel. The role involves building relationships with Edward Jones Financial Advisors, identifying sales opportunities, and providing training and product information.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit Edward Jones teams to establish new partnerships, building strong relationships through virtual meetings in assigned regions
  • Provide product and insurance sales concept training to enhance the sales capabilities of partner branch teams
  • Prepare and deliver product illustrations and presentations
  • Highlight product features to showcase how they address customer needs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life & Health Insurance License required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales concepts, and industry regulations
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Up to 25% travel required
