Pella Windows & Doors of Montana is a leading company in the window and door industry. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Retail Sales segment by coordinating customer orders from contract through delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Track key dates and manage order details from start to finish
  • Schedule value‑add services, pre‑finish work, deliveries, and installations
  • Manage shortages, damaged product recovery, service appointments, and parts ordering
  • Collect customer payments and process factory credits as needed
  • Support inventory activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate installation permits and Lead Safe Install documentation
  • Schedule installation and recovery appointments
  • Approve and process payments for subcontracted installers

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Technical Degree preferred
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
  • 0–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
