Partnerships Marketing Analyst
Deinde Financial is hiring a Partnership Marketing Analyst to help scale and optimize their partner acquisition channels. This role involves managing marketing partnerships and developing analytical skills to grow into a senior position over time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners, monitoring performance across volume, CAC, conversion, and portfolio quality
- Analyze partner-level performance trends and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and optimization ideas
- Support and monitor API based integrations used to ingest leads from external partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Data Science, Product, Compliance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Identify friction in the customer journey and work with internal teams and partners to improve conversion
- Prepare clear, data-driven summaries for internal stakeholders that explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should change
- Support compliance and audit requirements for marketing partners
- Contribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new partners as the program scales
Skills
- One to three years of experience in analytics, marketing, partnerships, consulting, or a related role
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet-based analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SQL or a desire to deepen technical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward ownership and follow-through
- Bachelor's degree required
- Business, finance, economics, or marketing preferred
