Our Supply Chain Inventory Optimization team is dedicated to reducing costs while enhancing customer experience. As a Business Intelligence Engineer I, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop metrics, reports, and analyses that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Development, and Maintenance: Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that drive key decisions and process improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Inventory Optimization team to reduce costs and improve customer experience. Data Analysis: Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to address resource constraints. Technical Interface: Interface with various technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other technological platforms. Best Practices: Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity, effective test design, thorough analysis, validation, and comprehensive documentation. Priority Requests: Respond to high-priority requests from senior business leaders, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Process Improvement: Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: 1 year of professional data analysis/business intelligence experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop metrics and reporting capabilities. Data Analysis: Experience dealing with results, metrics, and data with a desire to create new processes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, Knime, Git, and Github. Data Visualization: Experience building large-scale data visualization tools. Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing and database management systems. Statistical Understanding: Understanding of statistics and probability theory. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly valued: Experience with cloud-based data platforms. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
