Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Alabama. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues related to our products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, including voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
  • Assisting customers with products and services, such as laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
  • Proactively engaging with our T3 support team to address and resolve issues
  • Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters
  • Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service

WFH Requirements

As a Work-from-Home (WFH) Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to:

  • Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Maintain your workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
  • Familiarity with Windows computers
  • An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance
