[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager role focuses on supporting customers in operationalizing intelligence and realizing value through the organization’s Intelligence Cloud platform, while managing customer accounts from onboarding to renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical success of assigned customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop understanding of customer intelligence goals to deliver measurable outcomes using the full suite of platform capabilities, integrations, and services
  • Monitor and drive platform adoption, usage patterns, and integration health to ensure operational success
  • Conduct periodic account health reviews presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression
  • Collaborate with senior technical account managers to identify and mitigate risks to account health and renewal, including budget constraints, competition, and stakeholder turnover
  • Identify growth opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and platform expansion
  • Serve as primary technical liaison with customer security teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization
  • Build structured customer success plans aligning business priorities with platform capabilities and measurable outcomes, partnering with account directors and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, data science, and intelligence teams to ensure unified customer experience
  • Deliver intelligence advisory engagements addressing emerging threats, collection priorities, workflows, platform configuration, and customer proficiency
  • Serve as a trusted customer advocate
  • Manage multiple complex priorities maintaining quality aligned with organizational metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain administrative rigor in systems of record with updates on successes, outcomes, customer sentiment, and detailed technical plans for at-risk accounts and high-impact issues

Skills

  • 1-2 years of consulting or customer-facing experience in cybersecurity, technical support, or intelligence operations
  • Foundational understanding of intelligence concepts, frameworks, tradecraft, cybersecurity tooling, and SaaS environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Competency in account health management, risk mitigation, retention, and growth
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, intelligence studies, or related field
  • Customer-focused growth mindset with enthusiasm for consultative and technical development
  • Adaptive, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing environments
  • Experience monitoring adoption metrics, usage trends, or integration performance is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of the Intelligence Lifecycle and common security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model, or the Cyber Kill Chain
