Responsibilities

  • Provide support for outreach activities and internal events
  • Assist with preparation of materials, set-up, breakdown, and participation in events
  • Perform data entry, report production, and basic analysis of program results
  • Respond to questions and provide customer service via email and phone
  • Monitor supply inventory and order necessary supplies

Skills

  • High school diploma or graduation equivalent
  • Minimum of six months of related experience
  • Ability to substitute additional education for required experience as permitted by the employer's equivalency formula
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Developing skills in customer service, data entry, and event coordination
  • Familiarity with office supply management and financial administration
