  • Harnessing AI to design interactive simulations that make historical events and geographical phenomena tangible and memorable for students.
  • Analyzing learning data to uncover patterns that will inform adaptive pathways, ensuring every student’s unique journey is engaging and effective.
  • Developing cutting-edge digital resources that bring historical figures and global landscapes to life, from virtual journeys through time to immersive cultural explorations.

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Drive measurable improvement in students' mastery of social studies concepts, doubling the speed at which they internalize key historical and geographic knowledge through innovative, AI-driven methodologies. Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
