Overview

GRO Group is expanding its national network of capital markets and real estate professionals. We work across investment banking, commercial finance, real estate capital, and private lending. We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who want to originate, structure, and close more transactions using our investment banking training, templates, and step-by-step business-building framework. This role is ideal for mortgage and lending professionals, independent brokers, capital raisers, real estate agents/brokers, and advisory professionals who want to move “up the stack” into structured finance, larger-ticket real estate, and project capital.

What You Will Do

  • Source and originate capital and real estate opportunities (acquisitions, refinances, development, data center/energy, value-add CRE, portfolio transactions)
  • Work with the GRO Group capital markets team to structure deals, prepare offering packages, and engage lenders/investors
  • Run client intake, gather financials, and manage deal documentation
  • Build and manage your own book of business using GRO Group’s training and workflows
  • Participate in regular deal calls, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions
  • Represent the GRO Group brand to borrowers, sponsors, developers, and family offices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in one or more of the following: mortgage/lending, commercial real estate, investment sales, capital raising, private lending, or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of basic financial concepts (LTV/LTC/DSCR, cap rates, NOI, IRR, waterfalls, fee splits)
  • Existing book of clients, referral partners, or ability to generate business
  • Professional communication skills and ability to manage sponsor/borrower expectations
  • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented, deal-driven environment
  • Licenses (RE, NMLS, Series) are a plus but not required for all roles

Compensation

This is a production-based, commission/fee-split opportunity tied to closed transactions. High performers and team builders can scale earnings quickly. Training is included for enrolled associates.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote real estate and lending services.
  • Manage accounts and oversee business development initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • UtilizeAi and CRM and other technology tools for tracking sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Perform market analysis and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Real Estate license required for real estate transactions, not for business lending or financing
