The Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
- Managing complex situations, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a determination to deliver exceptional customer experiences. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class (no missed days allowed!)
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling

The hiring process will involve:
