The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with phone, live chat, and email support
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques
