SERVICE CREW ROLE
Job Description
- Greet & Welcome customers into the restaurant.
- Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills.
- Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers.
- Clean all tables and get tables prepared for the next set of customers.
- Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required.
- Assist to manage queue and / or reservations.
- Assist Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, drink dispensers, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in F&B.
- Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset.
- Knowledge of hygiene policy and standards is a sure bonus.
- Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner.
- A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours.
- Ability to deliver top-quality customer service.
