Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, exceptional, and distinctive customer service to our clients and their customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with our marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective campaigns
  • Participating in ongoing market planning and developing new market opportunities
  • Traveling to other branch offices for further training and professional development
