Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find what they need
• Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
• Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Come up with creative solutions to problems and offer suggestions to improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Physical stamina to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer care

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
