A Day in the Life:

As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to impact our customers and drive retention in a variety of ways. Here are some examples of what a typical day might look like:

  • Reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points and develop targeted retention strategies
  • Collaborating with the product team to develop and execute email campaigns, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS initiatives to reengage lapsed users
  • Presenting retention metrics and campaign results to leadership to inform future retention strategies
  • Planning for upcoming product launches that require comprehensive retention strategies across multiple touchpoints
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
  • Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience
  • Test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong product management skills with experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
