Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual a plus
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
