Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that every passenger has a positive experience at the airport.

• Airport Operations: Assist with a range of airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with team leaders and other colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Complete relevant administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure.
• Represent arenaflex: Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times, promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers.
• Training and Development: Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines, adhering to safe working practices at all times.

• GSAT Training: Be GSAT trained, with the ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required.
• Valid DVLA Driving License: Be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to use a BAA driving license as required.

Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Experience

* PC Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
