Job Summary As an Associate System Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key support role in bringing Mindray’s patient monitoring systems online in hospital environments. You’ll assist in system installations, go-live support, and on-site troubleshooting, ensuring each deployment meets quality and performance standards. This hands-on field position is ideal for technically skilled professionals eager to grow into a full System Implementation Specialist (SIS) role through on-the-job training and mentorship. What You’ll Do

  • Support go-live activities for hospital monitoring systems installed and tested by a senior System Implementation Specialist (SIS).
  • Perform system installations, add-ons, and updates according to project plans, site surveys, and customer requirements.
  • Verify that systems meet Mindray performance and quality specifications through post-installation testing.
  • Respond on-site to complex issues beyond the scope of local service representatives, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all service and installation activities in compliance with Mindray administrative and quality policies, including MDR and field corrections.
  • Coordinate and execute system updates and configuration changes as needed.
  • Participate in continuous training to develop advanced technical, networking, and project management skills for career advancement to SIS.

What You’ll Bring

  • Formal technical training (via school, military, or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and IT networking systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical repair abilities for monitoring systems.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and teamwork orientation.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role involving extensive travel (approximately 85%) to hospital environments across regions. Work may include accessing ceilings, under nurses’ stations, and hospital infrastructure areas. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance and be available for after-hours emergency support when required. Location Home-based field position with frequent travel and overnight stays.
