Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chat Operator to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support - Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience - Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients - Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers - Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business results - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Must live within the state of Kansas - Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse - Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) - Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position) - Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred - Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required - 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) - Experience in the automotive industry or a related field - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools - Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms
