Client Relations Administrator - Contract (Remote)

The role of the Client Relationship Administrator is to provide superior client levels of service to our clients while acting as Broadridge's face to the client. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and provide support through our robust suite of products and services. Additional responsibilities include communicating with existing clients over the telephone, or through email to address their needs and provide guidance and industry expertise. This is a contract position expected to last through the end of June 2026. This is a remote role. Responsibilities:

• Develops strong Client Relationships while ensuring Client Satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
• Works with ShareLink/Streetlink client base to efficiently plan proxy and interim distributions for registered and beneficial shareholder bases
• Works with a more complex client base to plan proxy and interim distributions accurately and efficiently for both Registered and Beneficial shareholder base.
• Provides timely and accurate updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise over the course of the project.
• Partners with other team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to our internal processes as well as to increase client satisfaction.
• Appropriately communicates and escalates external client concerns in a timely manner to mitigate risk.
• Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each campaign.
• Solves problems with straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, sound judgment and precedents.
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to solve problems and advise clients accordingly.
• Will be expected to work more independently requiring moderate levels of guidance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in a client service or client-facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be detail oriented, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and have excellent time management skills
• Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Possess the ability to establish good personal and working relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and working knowledge of Access

The pay rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
