Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that enhance the DC's operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain systems, and we're excited to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications
- Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage information handling and data storage
- Work with advanced technologies, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to optimize data processing and analysis
- Coordinate data backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
- Communicate effectively with the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure efficient data processing and reporting
- Maintain and update LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure secure and reliable data transmission
- Implement future software updates and patches to ensure system stability and security
- Monitor and report on stock levels of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials
- Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security and user permissions
- Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
- Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Develop reporting tools for clients to enhance visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Required Capabilities:
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies
- 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (onsite or remote)
- Proficiency in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Capabilities:
* Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain systems
- Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools
