Responsibilities
As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, documentation, and capacity to complete transactions efficiently.
- Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable, and providing feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviewing transactions and related documents to verify work processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred, but not required.
- The ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, ensuring high-quality work and minimal errors.
- Basic ten-key skills and some machine operation may be required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
