Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our market research and product testing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, either online or in person
• Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
• Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and sharing your honest opinions
• Entering data accurately and efficiently, using your keyboard and computer skills
• Following oral and written instructions, and communicating effectively with our team

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, either online or in person

• Complete written surveys and provide feedback on products and services
• Use products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and share your honest opinions
• Enter data accurately and efficiently, using your keyboard and computer skills
• Follow oral and written instructions, and communicate effectively with our team
• Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
• Participate by completing written and/or oral instructions
• Complete written survey provided for each panel
• MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss BEFORE the meeting date

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop

• Must have access to high-speed internet
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Data entry clerk experience is not necessary
• Canada residents only
