Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to lead a team responsible for analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. As a Business Analysis Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving a team to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build better experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of analysts to analyze data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our customer support operations
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build better experiences for our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results
  • Communicate complex quantitative analysis to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer support or contact center environment
  • Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/MS or advanced degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer support or contact center environment
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services is a plus
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana
