Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Source Identification: Identify and extract relevant data from various sources, including external data providers and internal data systems.
- Problem Formulation: Analyze business problems and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Analytical Modeling: Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize supply chain operations, and improve product recommendations.
- Model Deployment & Scaling: Deploy machine learning models in production, monitor their performance, and make adjustments as needed.
- Code Development & Testing: Write code to develop and test data-driven solutions, using languages such as Python and R.
- Applied Business Acumen: Evaluate business cases for data-driven initiatives and influence stakeholder decision-making.
- Model Assessment & Validation: Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make recommendations for improvement.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop data visualizations and stories to communicate insights to stakeholders and drive business decisions.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science and machine learning.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R.
- Ability to execute projects from start to finish, including junior team members.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
