Position Overview
As a Weekend Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing calm, helpful, and brand-aligned support to our users during off-peak hours. This role is perfect for those seeking flexible weekend work opportunities that fit their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming weekend customer chats and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Guide users through subscription management, troubleshooting, and access questions using internal saved replies and workflows
- Escalate technical problems to senior support as needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution
- Maintain clear notes and proper ticket tagging on every interaction to ensure accurate tracking and resolution

Requirements

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour. Eligible for $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts with strong QA reviews. Self-schedule weekend shifts weekly, choosing from Saturday, Sunday, or both.
Training & Onboarding
2-hour onboarding covering systems and messaging best practices. Simulated ticket handling for practice, ensuring you're comfortable and confident in your role. First monitored shift with QA feedback, providing constructive guidance and support.
Sample Weekend Shift Flow
During a Saturday 8 AM–2 PM shift, you'll assist a customer in resetting a forgotten password, guide another through updating their subscription billing, and send access instructions to a new user—all through structured, templated chat interactions.
