Job Summary
We're seeking Part-Time Chat Operators to join our team and engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including product and service information, appointment scheduling, and lead generation
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Training and Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll receive on-the-job training via Zoom, which will cover the following topics:
- arenaflex products and services
- Customer service best practices
- Online chat platform and tools
- Lead generation and client review processes
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
