Responsibilities:

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers: Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans.
  • Assisting sales consultants: Help finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery setup, and more.
  • Triaging incoming phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contacting customers: Reach out to customers to resolve delivery and service issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Reconciling cash drawer: Accurately reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient computer skills: Familiarity with new programs and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Mathematical and organizational skills: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Reading and communication skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience: Preferred but not required.
