Job Title: International Shipping SpecialistJob Description

Join our dynamic team as an International Shipping Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the shipment of orders. You will be responsible for data entry, verifying orders, and using advanced tools to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Enter order details accurately using a computer.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDFs.
  • Assist in picking, boxing, packaging, shrink wrapping, and palletizing orders.
  • Lift items up to 50 lbs using a pallet jack and scan gun.
  • Verify picked orders against order forms to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor shipments using internal systems.
Essential Skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with warehouse inventory management and order picking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting, involving shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience handling large orders.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English.

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new, air-conditioned warehouse. The role requires flexibility with shifts, primarily 7AM-3:30PM, but openness to switching to a 2nd shift from 10AM-6:30PM is necessary. The environment is equipped with modern technologies and offers a supportive atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
