Sales Resources Administrator

HUB International is a leading full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm. As a Sales Resource Administrator, you will support the national team by managing the general inbox and assisting with various administrative tasks, including webinar setup and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the general inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Draft and distribute communications
  • Support the setup and delivery of webinars, including speaker coordination
  • Assist with the application and issuance of Continuing Education (CE) credits
  • Provide administrative support for various platforms
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools is an asset
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
