The Business Development Representative will develop their own financial planning business, utilizing CFG's platform and training while aiming for high performance and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own financial planning business from the ground up
- Develop markets, referral networks, and community presence
- Lead confident, high-trust client conversations
- Learn how to sell, communicate, and run a business at a high level
- Continuously sharpen your skills through coaching and real-time feedback
- Earn and maintain required licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66, Life & Health)
- You are measured by activity, effort, and outcomes, not time in a seat
