First Hill Trust Company specializes in delivering retirement, fiduciary, and employee benefit solutions. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to launch their outbound sales function, focusing on identifying and converting new business opportunities through cold outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Qualify prospects and lead discovery conversations with HR, finance, and executive decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal advisors and operations to scope and propose plan solutions
  • Track pipeline and maintain CRM discipline for accurate forecasting
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity goals

Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience desired
  • Comfortable cold-calling and initiating conversations with decision-makers
  • High energy, coachable, and persistent with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Desire to grow into a senior sales or account management role
  • Retirement industry experience not required but is a plus
