Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid – Austin, TX)

Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations. This role is critical in delivering a seamless candidate experience while ensuring efficient coordination across hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy
  • Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams
  • Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting
  • Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
