This role involves collaborating with the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while promoting safe job sites and managing documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Promote safe job sites
  • Pre-job planning
  • Cost and labor tracking
  • Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
  • Procuring material and tools
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Contract compliance

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
  • Internships or other relevant work experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Excellent communication
  • Willing to travel
