[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting and engaging with manufacturing companies, identifying production challenges, and booking high-quality demos for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency
  • Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline
  • Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
  • Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data

Skills

  • Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
  • Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection
  • Organized and able to manage high activity volume
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products
  • Languages: English, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic
