Nightingale College is focused on higher learning in healthcare professions, and they are seeking an Administrative Services Liaison to provide high-level support to the College Administrative Management function. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth daily operation of functional responsibilities and maintaining records while acting as a liaison between learners, faculty, and collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day administrative assistance to function leadership and collaborators
  • Assists with intake of submitted learner reports and cross-functional communication in decision-making processes
  • Assists in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
  • Assists in communication of and storing of sensitive information
  • Assists in front-line communication when needed
  • Maintains and updates directories, communication pathways, and calendars as needed
  • Uses college systems and platforms for communication and record-keeping

Skills

  • Experience in higher education preferred
  • Demonstrated at least one year of professional experience managing documentation, private, or protected information is required
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information
  • Organizational and independent time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
