Client Success Associate - Onboarding (Fluent in Portuguese Required)

The Client Success Associate - Onboarding role is focused on ensuring that clients receive exceptional value from Gartner services by onboarding clients and facilitating engagement with Gartner products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license
  • Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients
  • Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact
  • Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services
  • Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers

Skills

  • Fluent in Portuguese required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
  • Well defined time management and organizational skills
