The role involves generating leads, managing the sales process, and collaborating with technical teams to drive new business across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads
  • Build relationships with product development teams and engineers
  • Drive new business across various industries
  • Manage the entire sales process

Skills

  • Experience in finding new customers in the manufacturing space
  • Ability to sell into corporate or industrial environments
  • Experience calling on management, engineering teams, or director-level decision-makers
  • Comfortable prospecting and navigating longer sales cycles
  • Ability to sell value over price in a competitive manufacturing space
  • Experience generating own leads
  • Ability to build relationships with product development teams and engineers
  • Motivated to build a territory and win new customers over time
  • Consultative mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering in a team-selling environment
  • Experience managing the entire sales process
  • Motivated to earn $100K+ and reach $130K+ in on-target earnings with uncapped commissions
  • Good driving record for company vehicle use
