HR Service Delivery Representative

The HR Service Delivery Representative will partner with employees and stakeholders to provide information and resolve inquiries across various HR areas while supporting process improvements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with critical stakeholders such as NA SC HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and functional teams to support employees, provide information, and resolve cases
• Work in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to standardize (where it makes sense), optimize, and support/grow our NA SC HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experience
• Partner with employees, managers, and centers of excellence to provide recommendations on process improvements and solutions to support employees
• Develop process-related content and training materials for other HR Service Delivery Specialists
• Create knowledge management to support employee direct access to information
• Deepen knowledge of compliance, HR policies, employee programs, and other important resources for employees
• Develop expertise in HR Solutions and Technologies to provide the best experience for employees
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver future phases of our HR solutions and technology
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent
• 1 year of progressive human resource experience
• Previous experience working in solutions like Workday, case management or customer service systems, HR Systems (Workday, People Soft), ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization
• No immigration sponsorship available
• Ability to work with technology systems and solutions
• Proven employee relations and active listening skills
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions
