[Remote] Remote Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely and professional issue resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Identify recurring concerns and escalate them as necessary
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure service quality
Skills
- Current residency in the United States with legal authorization to work
- Strong English communication skills with a clear speaking voice
- Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach to customer interactions
- Previous remote work experience
- Comfortable learning and using new systems and multiple browser tabs
- A quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for professional calls
- Windows computer or laptop with Windows 11 (Mac devices are not permitted)
- Minimum 12 GB to 16 GB RAM
- High-speed, stable internet connection (preferably wired) with a contingency backup plan
- USB or wired headset with a microphone
- Webcam available for training and meetings
- Proficiency with Office 365 (specifically MS Teams)
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience in medical, healthcare, or appointment-based environments
