Human Resources Administrative Assistant

ACL Digital is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, compliance activities, and providing general HR support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support for I-9 related inquiries via email and ticketing systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting I-9 and E-Verify issues and initiate corrections as needed
  • Maintain and manage user access within HR service systems
  • Coordinate interview scheduling (in-person and virtual) for candidates and hiring teams
  • Conduct reference checks for new hires
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely, high-quality customer service
  • Support compliance activities, including background check reviews and I-9 record maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and track resolutions
