Job Title: Senior Engineer - IT / 3S Associate II Location: Work from Home (WFH) Shift: US Shift (EST – 6 PM to 3 AM IST)  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Access Management Specialist to manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools. * Assign roles based on subprocess and department. * Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation. * Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance. * Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours). * Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience with IDM tools and user access management. * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. * Understanding of IT security principles and access control. * Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support. * Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in IAM roles. * B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
