[Remote] Resolution Specialist - REMOTE - US

The Resolution Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external customers by resolving inquiries related to reservations and supporting the Contact Center, contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex reservation-related issues
- Support management and colleagues with problem resolution and policy clarification
- Analyze problems creatively to balance guest satisfaction with company goals
- Share resources and best practices to improve overall contact center performance
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and promotions to support guests and staff accurately
- Participate as a technical or procedural resource on special projects
- Provide backup support for Reservation Sales Agents during high-volume periods or absences
